The unique and carefully thought-out architectural solutions found throughout Garden Residence have also found their way into the arrangement and organisation of the public areas accessible to the residents of this special place. A spacious patio garden was designed by a team of experienced landscape architects and decorators to create the largest green enclave (7,000 m2) in any new housing development in Kraków.

Quality natural materials, selected to be in keeping with the premium profile of the project, were used across the elegant interiors of the buildings themselves to meet your highest needs and demands. This standard is maintained in our Spa & Wellness facility, which is also unmatched for size (2,300m²) among current residential projects, and which, more importantly, includes several well-equipped facilities including workout and fitness gyms and recovery/massage rooms, all attended by experienced staff.
